The Annual Cardboard Boat Races are Wednesday, July 19th at 6pm at the Boulder City Pool! (Just take a look at some of last year’s super creative entries! We’re thinkin’ it musta been a Star Wars theme….!)
This year’s theme is “Lego Movies” and the boats are pushed by their human ‘engines’ in their race where they compete for 1st and 2nd place in each swim heat.
Prizes are awarded for each of the following: Most Original, Funniest, Best Movie Depiction, and the Fastest Sinking Ship!
This event is FREE so they’re no cost to participate beyond your construction materials!
