In what is intended to try to fill in the gaps for some small businesses who didn’t receive Cares Act, EBID or PPP funding from the SBA or federal government, the State of Nevada has now created three separate grant programs that our small business owners can apply for now!
The new grant programs are as follows:
- Small Business Stabilization Grant (up to $10,000)
- Small Business Rental Assistance (up to $10,000)
- Small Business Protective Retrofit Grant (up to $5,000)
Each one has it’s own set of rules and regulations, but you can learn more and apply HERE.
According to Raffi Festekjian, the Economic Development Coordinator for Boulder City, “This pandemic has had a major impact on many of our businesses, but we always have worked hard to recover from tough times here in Boulder City. We are continuing to identify opportunities for local businesses to take advantage of national and regional resources. I am happy to assist our local business leaders explore their options.” If you’re a small business owner and have questions, reach out to Raffi at 702-293-9393 or contact the Boulder City Chamber of Commerce.
