Cinco de Mayo is next Sunday and the place to be is Toto’s Mexican Restaurant, located at 806 Buchanan Boulevard. As usual, they will be offering two specials.
The first, Mexican Flag Enchiladas, is a three enchilada dinner, with the fillings of your choice in festive red, white, and green sauces. All are delicious and served with customary arroz y frijoles (rice and beans). This special also includes house margarita! There will also be Cinco Dollar shots of José Cuervo Plata on deck so make sure you check that out as well.
