City residents are lucky to have several opportunities to take FREE lifesaving classes developed by the Boulder City Fire Department. These classes, which range from Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation/Automated External Defibrillator (CPR/AED) to Childcare and Babysitting to Stop the Bleed, there are plenty of new and valuable skills you can learn for 2023. The current schedule is as follows, but each class is limited to 15 students so be sure to sign up early to get a spot.
CPR/AED Training and Certification
- Saturday, January 28, from 9:00AM to 12:00PM
- Saturday, March 11, from 9:00AM to 12:00PM
Childcare and Babysitting
- Wednesday, March 15, from 9:00AM to 1:00PM
- Tuesday, June 20, from 9:00AM to 1:00PM
Stop the Bleed

All classes take place in the Training Room at the Boulder City Fire Department, 1101 Elm Street. There are additional CPR/AED and Stop the Bleed classes planned for later in the year so stay tuned and we’ll bring those to you as they are scheduled.
