Here’s some scoop for ya – right outta Hollyweird! Seems an episode of the tv show “Criminal Minds” will be “set” in Boulder City…meaning that they’ll be using some exterior shots from around town in an episode so it APPEARS as though they filmed here.
As is the case with most productions these days though – they will film on a sound stage and around their local city (which is LA for this show, I hear).
BUT – word on the street is that they might be doing some ACTUAL filming on the dry lake bed…not 100% sure if or when that will happen, but if we hear – so will you!
Oh, and the episode featuring Boulder City is scheduled to air on January 14th, 2015 – so we’ll stay on that, too!
