This week we kick off the 19h Annual Dam Short Film Festival which has become one of the most iconic Boulder City events, it’s back as a live event, and it all starts Thursday!
You can see the full Film Schedule and buy tickets HERE, and passes to the event HERE, but note that there is limited capacity seating at the Elaine K Smith Building so arrive early to make sure you can view the films of your choice.
Once again, there’s an extra day on Monday, February 20th where they are doing some additional film viewings they have not done in the past – you can go see the ever popular Best of the Festival Replay #1 and #2 that day with two slots, 6:00PM and 8:00PM. So for those who get (or take) that day off, you can still get a viewing at those top films, which has always been a complete sellout in past years.
Here’s the most important thing to know: on those most popular showings, especially the weekend evening ones, be prepared to stand in line and get there early if you want a seat. All showings are expected to be very heavily attended this year. So be patient, and get there early. The volunteers on hand will be happy to help you get the lay of the land if you have questions.
We raise our glass to all the event organizers, volunteers, filmmakers, actors, and everyone involved in this year’s festival. We’ll see ya there Boulder City!
