
Relax mid-day with Bobbi’s 30-minute yoga regimen you can do at your desk at work! Yes, suit and all, she can walk anyone through a series of stretches that focus on stress release and work the shoulders, neck and hips – which are the places we all know stiffen up while we sit at our desk for eight hours a day. You don’t have to travel anywhere or remember to bring your yoga mat. Its the perfect solution for busy people, we think, and are planning to sign up soon!
The courses are every Tuesday and Thursday, from 12:30pm – 1:00pm. And you can test it out with a 1-week FREE trial through the end of September! She is also offering a special through the end of the year – classes are $25/month until 2026!
