Never had deep fried turkey in my life, so there was no way I was passing up the opportunity to be a part of a "Drive-By Turkey Fry" at 2 Wheels! Sounds official ... but it was a small gathering of folks of turkey frying officianados who drop your turkey into one of three cookers (while the rest of us watched safely from the sidelines with a cocktail) and 30 minutes later ... voila!
