I always love hearing about Eagle Scout projects where our finest of Boulder City youth make an outstanding difference in the community…and this is one of them.
On October 18th and 25th (2014), Eagle Scout hopeful Aidan Murray, along with a combined 75 volunteers in friends, family, scouts from Troop 211 & several others, along with the National Honor Societies from both Boulder City High School and Foothill High School descended on the Boulder City Cemetery to trim and clean every single headstone within its borders. Wow.
Check out this work in progress show, one of the before and afters, and the fantastic final result. Hats off to EVERYONE who honored everyone’s resting place with this “not-so-little” bit of TLC!
