The City announced some good news recently: the annual Easter Egg Hunt, which had been on hiatus since COVID-19 restrictions in 2020 were in place, is returning on Saturday, April 1 (no this isn’t a joke, lol). For all the little kiddos 7 and younger, the Easter Bunny will be hiding eggs at Wilbur Square. The park is located at 1100 Colorado Street. There are two age group areas: ages 1-3 and 4-7. The hunt is sponsored by the Parks and Recreation Department this year.
In addition to the egg hunting, it was reported that the Easter Bunny would be there, along with his good friend, Mike Pacini, who will provide music for entertainment at the event. For pics with the Easter Bunny, you’ll need to bring your own camera for taking photos.
This event will take place rain or shine so plan to dress up your littles in their Easter Sunday finest and head over to the park a week from Saturday! The event is FREE for participants.
