Per the BC Chamber: Emergency Aid of BC is short FIFTY turkeys for this Thanksgiving and this is a call out to all our fans to help take care of our fellow BC residents who need a little help right now. Please consider picking up an extra turkey and dropping it off at Emergency Aid on Monday, Nov. 22nd at 9am.
Update #1: Facebook Fan Anthony Martinez posted that the Boy Scouts and Cub Scouts will be scouting for food on Saturday the 20th starting at 10:00am. Boulder City should have received a yellow bag tied to the door or mail box and they are asking that you please follow the directions on the bag. All bags will be taken to the Boulder City Emergency Aid.
Update #2: Facebook Fan Ciara Madrid posted that she talked to the manager at Albertsons and Boulder City Emergency Aid is picking up the meals people have donated tomorrow, Friday the 19th, so you can even leave your donated turkey there if you buy one! PLUS they are buy one get one free so that is 2 families that get a turkey!
