Boulder City Hospital will be holding an exercise program through its Rehabilitation Services Dept. from August 2nd through September 1st, 2011.
The classes will be led by the hospital’s occupational therapist, Dana Lyons, and will include gentle activities to help increase joint flexibility, range motion and help maintain muscle strength.
Designed for folks both with and without arthritis, the exercises will be performed while sitting or standing on the floor and classes will be tailored to the individual needs of the participants.
Sessions will be held at Boulder City Hospital on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons from 1:30pm – 2:30pm and there will be a $3.00 fee per class session.
