You might remember that two weekends ago, Hoover Dam was overtaken by 1,000 Girl Scouts to mark the 100 year anniversary of Girl Scouting.
As part of the event, Papillon Helicopters provided air transport so that photographer Frank Carroll could shoot commemorative photographs — one of which Frank sent over to me to share with ya’ll!
