This week’s Fan Photo is from reader Brian Olsen. He was up early one morning this spring and captured this serene pic along Nevada Way near Elm Street. It looks so peaceful, before the hustle and bustle (yes, even Boulder City has busy times!) of the day. We like this look at our town during a time when most of us are just sipping our morning coffee.
