Fan Photo: What's Going on Under There by Andrew Cattoir

It's not often that we get to see what's happening UNDER Boulder City, but local resident Andrew Cattoir was in the right place at the right time to capture these images of new fuel tanks being installed at the Terrible Herbst gas station on Nevada Way. Fuel tanks are routinely replaced at gas stations to ensure compliance with the latest regulations and laws. Thanks, Andrew, for giving us a sneak peek of what exists beneath Boulder City!
