February 3 – 7pm Chris Vallillo Presents: Oh Freedom! Songs of the Civil Rights Movement: All Ages, Community Room. Chris Vallillo is a singer/songwriter who has created “Oh Freedom!” to bring to life the Civil Rights Movement.
February 4 – 6pm Valentine’s Craft with Boulder City Creatives: Ages 12+, Cmty Room. Sign up at the information desk.
February 6 – 10:30am Good Morning Coding Club: Grades 2-8, Board Room. Learn how to code using NC Lab software.
6pm Valentine Origami Craft: Ages 18+, Board Room. Add décor to your life! All materials are supplied. Sign up at the Information Desk.
6pm Rex Havens: Women and Children First Comedy Show: All Ages, Community Room. Join us for a laugh as we listen to Rex Havens perform. Havens has been on Comedy Central, HBO, and Showtime.
February 7 – 5:30pm After Hours Movie: Addams Family (PG): All Ages, Community Room. Snacks, comfortable chairs, and blankets are welcome. The Friends of the Library will have snacks and books available for donation.
February 11 – 1pm Friends of the Library Meeting: Ages 18+, Board Room. Learn how you can support the Boulder City Library!
3pm After School Coding Club: Grades 2-8, Board Room. Learn how to code using NC Lab software.
6pm Bad Art Night: Ages 8-18, Community Room. Join us for a fun night of terrible art. Create anything you can imagine, if it is just the worst you might win the coveted Trophy of Badness.
February 22 – 11am PAWS for Reading: Reading to a Therapy Dog: Ages 5-12, Community Room. Sign up at the information desk for a fifteen-minute time to read to a therapy dog from Michael’s Angel Paws.
February 24 – 5:30pm Friends of the Library Book Social at Milo’s: Come discuss your favorite book or author with the Friends of the Boulder City Library.
