Fill the Firetruck Toy Drive Ends December 19

The Boulder City Fire Department is currently accepting unwrapped toys or gift cards in $20 increments on behalf of the Southern Nevada Burn Foundation. If you hurry, you can also shop the foundation's Amazon Wish List HERE.

The Firefighters of Southern Nevada Burn Foundation consists of active fire department personnel providing support to victims of fires and\ catastrophic events. The Burn Survivor Initiative raises funds to help more children attend seasonal burn camps, receive counseling, and attend school reintegration programs. The Burn Foundation also collects toys for disadvantaged children throughout the valley, and has provided at least one toy to thousands of children in need during the holidays.

Donations can be dropped off through Thursday, December 19 at the Fire Station, located 1101 Elm Street.
