Former BC Police Chief Conger Pleads Guilty

Boulder City Police Department in Boulder City, NevadaFormer head of the Boulder City Police Dept. Bill Conger pleaded guilty today to a misdemeanor charge of ‘failure by a public officer to perform his or her duty’ as it relates to the Mary Jo Frazier animal cruelty case and paid a $1,000 fine.

Channel 13 News was at the courthouse, so it will most likely make tonight’s broadcasts…
