Looking for a wonderful dining option for Christmas? We recommend the Fourth Annual Community Christmas Dinner on Wednesday, December 25 from 12:00PM to 3:30PM. This lovely event is being hosted by the Boulder City History and Arts Foundation this year. It is a FREE event and all members of the community are invited to come share in some holiday goodies with neighbors and friends. It will take place in the Multi Use Building at 1204 Sixth Street (intersection of School Drive and Sixth Street – next to Boulder City High School).
They will be serving a traditional meal of turkey and ham with all the trimmings. Come and enjoy a delicious holiday dinner with other members of this wonderful little town. Invite your family, your friends, your neighbors, your coworkers, etc and enjoy a stress free time together. Did we mention it’s FREE? Yes! There will be a special guest on hand to entertain the group with beautiful holiday songs as well. This has been such a popular event and a chance for a delicious meal in the company of others in our community.
The foundation would be happy to have more volunteers to help prepare, cook, serve, and clean up after the event. Also, if you’d like to donate cash or food for the meal, that would be greatly appreciated as well. You can make cash donations at Boulder Dam Credit Union to the “Friends of the Arts Christmas Dinner Savings Account”. Please contact Ray Turner at (702) 461-6842 to coordinate food donations and arrange volunteer assignments. We’re looking forward to seeing everyone there!
