Well, what can I say – we’re all just starving for good news that most especially has no direct relation to a certain transmittable disease…am I right?!?
And since many of you have not been able to leave your house, check out the nice, new, black-top parking lot they laid down yesterday at the soon-to-be-new-home-whenever-we-can-get-back-to-normal location of Fox Smokehouse BBQ (in the former Casa Flores spot at 930 Nevada Way).
We’ve given you a few sneak peek tours HERE of the inside, but since all of this craziness started, we’re not sure about the status of indoor work. But they’ve been working like mad on the outside of this awesome looking new restaurant, and thought you’d like to see it! Let’s wish Dan, Kelly and Matt Fox and all their family and staff, the best continued health, and remember to support them during these take-out only times – and go eat some barbecue!
By the way, we’d be remiss if we didn’t also give a shout out to Grant and Larry Turner, who are the contractors on this job and are also working their tails off in these challenging times, while they own 3 eateries in town, The Tap, The Dillinger and Forge Social House, two of which are also doing pick up for food.
