The Boulder City Fire Department is offering two FREE classes for Boulder City residents in March:
- MARCH 15: Child and Babysitter Safety
- MARCH 22: Stop the Bleed
The Child and Babysitter Safety Class (CABS) teaches teenagers and young adults important skills they need to know to have a safe and successful babysitting experience. The class is Saturday, March 15, 2025 beginning at 9:00AM.
The Stop the Bleed class is for adults. The purpose of this class is to learn how to stop bleeding in injured persons until first responders can arrive. Instead of being a witness, participants will learn how to assist the injured until a first responder takes over.
Both classes are held in the classroom at the Boulder City Fire Department, located at 1101 Elm Street. Sign up is required prior to the class and they fill up rapidly. Sign up today by calling (702) 589-9641 or via email by clicking HERE.
