Free Entrance to NV State Parks & Free Fishing Day 2016

Free Fishing Day 2016 in Boulder City, Nevada
In honor of “Discover Nevada State Parks”, visitors can enjoy free ‘day use’ admission and free fishing (so no license required) on Saturday, June 11th (2016) at all of Nevada’s 23 State Parks (a map of which can be found by CLICKING HERE).

Boulder City will once again host a Free Fishing Day event at the fishing pond in Veterans Memorial Park … the first 100 kids get a free goody bag. Registration begins at 7:30am and the fishing event runs from 8 – 11am.

And as a final note, let’s give some props to the fifth grader Austin Anderson from French Ford Middle School in Winnemucca for winning this year’s poster contest with his entry shown above!  Enjoy!
