The City of Boulder City and the Nevada Department of Wildlife (NDOW) are offering a day of free fishing at Veterans Memorial Park on Saturday, June 14, 2025 from 8:00AM to 10:30AM. As the name suggests, no licenses are required to fish on this day only. Pre-registration is required to win prizes and giveaways at the event. You can pre-register by clicking HERE. Loaner equipment, tackle, and bait will also be available at the First Catch Trailer onsite at the event.
The Free Fishing Day is an annual event that occurs on the second Saturday in June.
