If you are a veteran, here’s a great opportunity for you to receive free legal assistance this coming Saturday (February 25th, 2017)!
The Attorney General’s Office of Military Legal Assistance @EASE program is hosting the free, collaborative workshops with Nevada Legal Services dedicated to drafting wills and powers of attorney for Nevada veterans.
Attorneys will also be available to draft wills and financial/healthcare powers of attorney and representatives will be available to discuss legal issues relative to family law, bankruptcy, consumer issues, landlord/tenant and access/denial to public benefits. Veterans Services Officers will also be present to answer and address benefit needs.
The workshop will take place from 10am – 2pm at the Nevada State Veterans Home here in Boulder City (100 Veterans Memorial Drive).
