Gingerbread House Competition & Faire ~ Dec. 8 & 9

Admission is FREE this year. I'm going to start off with that because I don't think it has always been the case - so maybe ya'll will want to stop in at the 3rd Annual Boulder City Gingerbread House Competition on Saturday, Dec. 8th (12:00pm - 8:00pm) or Sunday, Dec. 9th (10am - 5pm).

This year's event will be at the Boulder City Elks Lodge, located at 1217 Nevada Highway.

In addition to the competition, they have a Christmas Faire, described on their website as "a European-style market and celebration, with music, food, and all kinds of things that make great Christmas gifts, like jewelry, accessories, home objects, art, and much more".
