The City of Boulder City will be hosting a meeting to provide more info on the required turf removal at the Boulder City Municipal Golf Course. AB356 was approved by the Nevada Legislature in 2021. The meeting will take place on Monday, July 15 from 6:00PM to 7:30PM at the Elaine K Smith Building, located at 700 Wyoming Street. AB356 requires local municipalities like the City of Boulder City to remove non-functional turf and replace it with water conserving materials by December 31, 2026. This meeting will provide residents with a chance to review revised plans based on public input at the April 24, 2024 meeting.
