Goodbye, Pool Bubble

The bubble over the Boulder City Municipal Pool came down for the final time this week. Employees of the Public Works and Parks and Recreation Department were on hand to remove the familiar structure. As you may recall, voters approved the construction of a new pool complex and construction is slated to begin this fall. It's going to seem odd not seeing the pool bubble every year, keeping the pool warm, but it's on to bigger and better (and safer) things for the facility.
