Grand Jury Indicts Mary Jo Frazier for Animal Cruelty

Mary Jo Frazier Indicted for Animal CrueltyThe Clark County District Attorney’s office called together a Grand Jury several weeks ago to determine whether or not former Boulder City Animal Control Supervisor Mary Jo Frazier should be indicted and the decision was announced today that she will be charged on two counts, each carrying a possible penalty of one to four years.
