Boulder City officials and law enforcement officials will be hosting a public meeting on Tuesday, June 19th at 6pm (at City Hall) to address questions and concerns about the Mongols Motorcycle Club event that is taking place at the Boulder Inn next weekend.
The meeting is open to the public – so whether you are a resident or business, you are welcome to attend and hear what steps have been and will be taken to keep everyone safe. If you are unable to attend, you can contact the Boulder City Chamber of Commerce at (702) 293-2034 for a summary the meeting.
The Mongols, considered to be an outlaw motorcycle gang by law enforcement, are holding their national meeting in Boulder City (arriving on June 22nd and departing on June 24th) and they’re anticipating a group of about 400, including family and friends.
Warning: I keep hearing about a virus on their website, so don’t Google them and go check them out for more info — the virus apparently wipes your hard drive clean!
