Join Shine Boulder City on April 18

We heard about a fun project coming to Historic Downtown Boulder City, and it's an official Nevada Gives service project through America 250 Nevada, celebrating our country's 250th birthday. It's a great way to show how much this city means to you and to put a nice polish on the downtown area!! Here's more about the project:

Introducing Shine Boulder City — Our First-Ever Historic District Beautification Day!

Join us on Saturday, April 18, beginning at 7:00AM, as we come together for a morning of giving back in our Historic Downtown District.

This isn’t just any volunteer day… Shine Boulder City has been selected as an official Nevada Gives service project through America 250 Nevada, highlighting our community’s commitment to service and civic pride.

Up to 100 volunteers will receive a FREE commemorative America 250 t-shirt and individuals, families, and groups welcome from across Southern Nevada are invited to participate!

We’ll be rolling up our sleeves to help with:

• Cleaning statues, benches, light poles, and storefront areas

• Landscaping and weed removal

• Outdoor furniture refresh

• General clean-up and beautification

Even one hour of your time makes a difference — come when you can and be part of it.

Check-in will be at South Escalante Park from 7:00AM to 10:00AM (you can sign up ahead of time or just show up and join us!).

This is your chance to be part of something special from the very beginning and help make a visible impact in the heart of Historic Downtown Boulder City. Let’s show what community pride looks like, Boulder City style! Sign up HERE.
