Labor Day Reminder: A Life with Purpose

Labor Day is a time to celebrate the hard work done during the year by all kinds of people and this year is no different. Today we bring you a photograph of "Dam Workers" courtesy of the Boulder City/Hoover Dam Museum and Historical Association. These workers toiled long and hard in often difficult conditions and the fruits of their labor are still needed, enjoyed and used today.

Photos like these remind us that our work can have a lasting effect on the communities around us. While many of us will be enjoying a day off today, let's remember those who came before us and commit to making our work meaningful as well.
