JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Resident Assistant is a partner in care with the elder, family member, other team members, and anyone else involved in optimizing the health and well-being of an elder. The Resident Assistant is an active participant in creating ways to bring meaning and purpose to the elders. A Resident Assistant understands the importance of giving care and also receiving care.
