Lend A Hand is Accepting New Clients

Lend a Hand of Boulder City is always looking for VOLUNTEERS. If you are interested please call us at 702-294-2363.


The reason we need volunteers is to service our amazing clients. Our clients are Boulder City residents who are 60 years of age or over along with disabled residents of any age. Being a Lend A Hand client is FREE and it comes with a ton of benefits.

We provide a variety of services including, but not limited to:

  • Transportation to Doctors appointments anywhere in the Las Vegas valley
  • Respite care for caregivers
  • Companionship
  • Trash/recycle taken to the curb and back to the house
  • Mail brought in
  • Reading
  • Prescription pick up and drop off
  • Walking with a client or the client’s dog
  • Light house cleaning
  • Bed changes
  • Light meal preparation
  • Laundry
  • Arrange appointments
  • Telephone reassurance calls
  • Help with bills
  • Minor repairs/home maintenance

Local errands: bank, Post Office, beauty salon, 99 cent store, Albertsons food shopping with the client or for the client

Lend equipment: wheelchairs, walkers, shower chairs, toilet risers, toilet chairs, crutches, grabbers, canes

If you have a loved one that can use our services, please feel free to have them call. We can set up an assessment, they can become a client and enjoy all of the above benefits FREE OF CHARGE.

We service a number of Boulder City residents, but realize there are a lot more seniors and disabled citizens that could use our services. Please spread the word and assist us to continue our awesome community efforts.
