
The Boulder City Library has released its schedule of events for March 2026. The library, located at 701 Adams Boulevard in ABC Park, will be open the following days and hours. Monday thru Thursday from 10:00AM to 8:00PM and Friday thru Sunday from 10:00AM to 5:00PM. Please note the library will be closed on Wednesday, March 25, 2026 for Staff Development Day.
Ages 0-5 Programs
- Tuesdays at 10:30AM: Toddler Tuesday Storytime: Ages 1-3 and Caregiver. Join us for stories, songs, And a craft or activity. Board Room.
- Thursdays at 9:30AM: Early Risers Lapsit Storytime: Ages 0-2 and Caregiver. Join us for stories, songs, and play. Board Room.
- Fridays at 10:30AM: Drop In Storytime: Ages 0-5 and Caregiver. Join us for stories, songs, and crafts. Board Room.
- Saturday, March 7 at 10:30am: Hooray for Pre-k! Non Standard Measurement: Join us for a fun family Engagement Learning program. Children ages 4-6 and their caregivers will measure objects using non-standard measurement. Community Room.
Ages 6-11 Programs
- Wednesdays 3/4 & 3/18 at 3:30PM: Youth Coding Club: Experience fun, hands-on exploration using simple robots and coding activities. Ages 6-11. Community Room.
- Tuesday, March 17 at 3:30PM: STEAM Lab: Step into a world where Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math come alive! Join us and unleash your inner maker because the best way to learn is by doing. Ages: 6-11. Community Room.
- Saturday, March 21 at 1:00PM: Youth Art Club: Come create masterpieces at the library with various craft or art projects. Ages 6-11. Community Room.
Ages 12-18 Programs
- School Days at 2:00PMZ; Teen Time: Coloring, puzzles, board games, or crafts while you hang out with your friends. Teen Area.
- Mondays at 3:00PM: Roleplayers Guild- Play Dungeons & Dragons. Ages 12-18. Nevada Room.
- Thursday, March 26 at 2:00PM: Teen Crafternoon- Painter’s Paradise: Teens join us for an afternoon of various painting crafts. Ages 12-18. Community Room.
Family Programs
- Tuesdays March 10 and March 24 at 3:30PM: Lego & Duplo Building Club: Bring the family for some creative fun! We provide the Legos & Duplo, you provide the imagination! Duplo available for kids ages 0-5 to build. Lego available for kids ages 6-11 to build. Parents/caregivers please attend for the duration of the program. Community Room.
- Saturday, March 14 at 1:00PM: Fiero Code Workshop: kids aged 8-17 join us to Sign up, set up, and explore! . Must have a valid BCL card. Parents please attend for the duration with your child. Community Room.

- Nevada Reading Week March 2-6, 2026: Celebrate Nevada Reading Week and log your reading with Beanstack! Nevada Reading Week has been celebrated across the state for more than 40 years. - Monday, March 9 at 6:00PM: Sean Gaskell in Concert: Join us for an evening of music featuring the West African Kora performed by Sean Gaskell. Community Room.
- Friday, March 13 at 7:00PM: Movie in the Amphitheater- How To Train Your Dragon (PG): Join us for the rescheduled showing of the live action version of “How to Train Your Dragon”. Bring chairs or blankets to get comfy. Food/snacks welcome. Drinks must be non-alcoholic. NO glass containers please! All Ages. Outdoor Amphitheater.
- Sunday, March 29 at 2:00PM: Singing in the Stacks- Library Karaoke: From Country to Christmas, Metal to Musicals, Rock to Rap, Opera to Oldies, join us and sing your favorite songs. No experience needed. Beginners are Welcome! No registration required. Ages 8+. Combined Community & Board Rooms.

- Tuesdays at 2:30PM: Crochet for A Cause: Help crochet mats for people experiencing homelessness. Board Room.
- Monday, March 2 at 11:00AM: Ancestry Club: learn from others as you research your family history. Board room.

Smith for an inside look at decades of political leadership. Whether you’re a student of history, a politics enthusiast, or simply curious about Nevada’s past and future, this is a rare opportunity to hear firsthand accounts from one of the state’s most influential leaders. Tech Teachers: TECH TEACHERS ARE ON PAUSE FOR THE MONTH OF MARCH AND WILL RESUME IN APRIL.
