The Boulder City History and Arts Foundation is bringing a play to town on September 6th and 7th inside the Historic LAWP Building.
The play, Toño, recently won Best Play in the Las Vegas Fringe Festival where it received rave reviews. Note, they warn these are ‘adult themes’ with this story, that centers around Toño, a man who reflects on difficult chapters in his life which he overcomes.
There will be a social hour at 6pm preceding the play with complimentary beer, wine and soft drinks, and then the play will start at 7pm.
Tickets are on sale for $15 at the door or can be reserved by calling (702)461-6842. Sounds like an interesting evening to do something a little different here and town, and also get to appreciate one of our local historic landmarks (which recently got a nice new coat of paint too!).
