Live Podcast: We Want to Hear from YOU!

Election Day is fast approaching and Boulder City Social, in conjunction with Boulder City Podcast, will be hosting a LIVE podcast with the City Council candidates on Monday, October 12 at Skinny Bar. Skinny Bar is located at 524 Nevada Way. We are still working on setting up the time for this event.

In the meantime, we want to hear from YOU, our readers, about the issues that are important to you. Now is your chance to submit your questions to us, using a secure form. We ask for your name and email address in case we have any questions about your submission, but this information is stripped from the final list of questions. All questions must be received by midnight on Thursday, October 1. We will not accept questions via email.

We will gather the questions and turn them over to Roger Gros, who will be conducting the podcast. The following candidates have agreed to attend the live podcast: Adam Schultheis, Chris Gatlin, Cokie Booth, and Steve Walton. Incumbent Mayor Joe Hardy has already recorded a special election podcast HERE. Brent Foutz did not respond to our repeated requests for his participation.

As far as we know, this is the only event that will bring most of the candidates together in one space before the election. You won’t want to miss it! Details about this event will be provided later, but save the date for October 12 in the evening at Skinny Bar. We would like to thank all the candidates for their participation, to Roger Gros for facilitating the podcast, and to Grant Turner and staff of Skinny Bar for agreeing to host this event.
