Nationwide, the organizers of #GivingTuesday have decided to run this up to remind us to give some financial love to our favorite non-profits, who certainly could use a little help. We’ve seen some fundraising campaigns in town currently that we wanted to let you know about, and have a few links for ya below:
The Dam Short Film Festival – like all other fests large and small, they have no idea what the future of larger events are going to be. So they’ve got a GoFundMe Campaign going HERE, and are hoping to raise at least $1000 today.
Lend A Hand of Boulder City – they are currently in the middle of their Annual Fund Raising Non-Event, so if you have gotten a post card please consider donating, or if not, simply visit their web site HERE.
Emergency Aid – you know these folks are busier than ever these days, and you can learn how to give from their web site HERE.
The Senior Center of Boulder City – who also runs Meals on Wheels here locally and are delivering all of their other normal lunch meals to our seniors in town as well. You can learn more and donate on their web site HERE.
