Mammovan Returns to Boulder City in August

The Nevada Health Centers Mammovan will be in Boulder City on Friday, August 21 from 7:40AM to 3:40PM. You must register in advance and you can do so by calling (877) 581-6266, Option 1, Monday thru Thursday from 7:00AM to 6:00PM. Women 40 and over do not require a referral for an appointment. Women under 40 or men of any age must present a referral from their primary care physician (PCP). See the flyer below for more detail on patient qualifications.

Most insurance is accepted and they offer sliding scale fees for those who are uninsured. Calling ahead to check on fees and methods of payment is encouraged.
