A Boulder City favorite, Marisco’s El Soto Loco, is moving from its present location downtown to a new, larger and climate-controlled location on Boulder City Parkway. Some of you will recall the location as the site of the former Pizza Hut. We spoke with owner Ervin Soto to find out more about this exciting development and what it means for the restaurant scene here in Boulder City.
First of all, the new location means the heat, rain and cold will no longer be factors in his day-to-day business. Customers can come out any time and not worry about how the weather may affect their experience. This extends to the live performers as well. They will still have live music at the new location but performers will allowed to perform later due to the new location.
Another great change is an expansion of the menu! Marisco’s El Soto Loco will now be offering breakfast at their new location! The menu isn’t finalized yet but it’s sure to offer some wonderful creations that the restaurant is known for. Most of the rest of the menu will remain the same so customers can count on the delicious, high quality food items they’ve come to love at the current location. A wider selection of canned and bottled beer will be available at the new location as well.
Mr. Soto hopes to open his new location on Saturday, August 14. The restaurant will be located at 1208 Boulder City Parkway. The telephone number is (702) 803-7374. They offer online ordering for pickup HERE, as well as food delivery services by UberEats and GrubHub.
