Okay! As promised on Facebook this morning – I hustled over to Vinny’s Pizzeria this afternoon before they were even open for business to get you some photos and a copy of the menu!
I was at a store down the hill this morning and a guy (who turned out to be Vinny Cimino himself) overhead my friend and I talking about the pancake breakfast tomorrow…so he introduced himself and invited me over to get the scoop for ya’ll.
He’s super cool and yes — the rumors are true…he just moved here and is the brother of the guy who had Mama Cimino’s Pizza up on Nevada Way…yum! Vinny said they’ve each got their own twists to the family recipes – so check out his new restaurant serving Chicago style pizza and a bunch of other Italian good food! Vinny’s Pizzeria opened for business at 4:00pm today (July 3rd) at 1621 Nevada Hwy. (in Marshall Plaza). They have delivery, dine-in and carry out (and they deliver all day for a $2 delivery charge). Their hours are 11am – 9pm from Monday through Thursday, from 11am – 10pm on Friday and Saturday and from 11am – 8pm on Sunday. Their phone number is (702) 754-6000.
