Meet another great new Wellness business in town, and Owner Charlene (Char) Gullatta! The Gentle Cleanse Wellness Bar will be a multi-faceted wellness facility here in town, featuring the Oxygen Bar, colonic cleanses, coaching, fitness, and a variety of wellness programs. Char plans to teach classes, offers meditation spaces and other mindfulness practices as well.
We know this might be a bit alternative for some Boulder City residents, but don’t mistake this powerhouse personality for someone who doesn’t know her stuff: she has Graduate Degrees in Health Education/Athletic Training and also Educational Psychology.
This business was originally located in Henderson, since 2002 where she has thrived and became one of the most sought after Colonic Health Centers in the state. In 2015 she took some time off and then knew she was ready, recently, to reopen her business again, and Boulder City was sort of a dream location for her, but initially there was nothing suitable open. Personally, we love the vibe in this place, it just feels good to walk into. She just opened and is still getting her full assortment of products for retail set up, and plans to expand local photography into the space as well. If nothing else, swing by soon to say, “Welcome!” and chill out at the oxygen bar, which we highly (no pun intended) recommend! Best of all, she has Happy Hour discounts on the oxygen bar during the lunch hour and late afternoon.
Tentative hours are Tuesday – Saturday from 10am – 6pm, with other times by appointment. Keep your eye on this place as there is lots more cool stuff to come!
