Linder Wellness Studio will have their Grand Opening on November 16th!
Like many of you, we’ve been watching this lovely new yoga studio make progress as they have redone this space to be a warm and inviting new place in town the tend to your health. Located in the upper floor of the building nearby Albertsons, their address is 1000 Nevada Way, Suite 203, right next to Ray Booth accounting. Watch their Facebook page HERE for their class schedule, and it will feature a variety of movement classes for various levels, and will feature yoga, gentle yoga, chair yoga, mediation and sound bathing experiences.
Michelle got her start taking care of the needs of seniors in 2008, as the Director of the Silver Rider, which many of our folks in town use regularly to help transport them on errands and appointments. Then in 2017 to moved to Boulder City after completing her training as a yoga instructor in 2016. She has volunteered as a crossing guard and many of you will recognize her from the chair yoga sessions she currently teaches at the Senior Center of Boulder City.
She has now taken all of that experience and talent to help people of all ages in town manage their stresses and help them move and relax their minds and bodies in new ways. Sound Healing became one of her passions and she completed the courses for that in 2018 and it boasts many health benefits from the deep relaxation and peaceful vibes it brings. She focuses on keeping her prices reasonable, and anyone can stop by and pick up a class and just drop in. If taking yoga, she does recommend bringing your own mat, as she has only a few on hand.
Personally, we can’t wait to join one of her classes soon! Let’s get our Zen on, Boulder City!
