There’s a new women’s clothing store opening up later this month, located at 402 Nevada Way here in Boulder City, in the same center where Adobe Realty is located, across from the Post Office.
Meet the lovely Brenda Schultz and her fun new store that will add a new mix to our local clothing assortment here in town.
We got a quick behind-the-scenes tour of her shop and got to chat a bit and play with some of her coming assortment of clothing. (And yeah, can’t wait to go shopping – we had a hard time leaving some of those lovely items on the rack!)
She’ll have gifts, apparel and accessories offered in her store. Plus she’ll have a back area for other fun classes and activities such as fashion and beauty consultations and crafting events. She says, “One month the group may learn from a local expert on a particular topic, and the next month we may offer something crafty, like making wine charms for the holidays.” explained Ms. Schultz, “I don’t want to just open a business in this community, I want to be a part of this community.”
Brenda has a diverse background which includes owning and operating a small restaurant, teaching, event sales, and most recently working in the corporate hotel sector as director of Responsible Business.
Brenda also wanted to thank both the Business Development Group here in town, along with the Women Supporting Women group that meets monthly. She and her husband recently relocated in the Southern Nevada area a year ago, but like the rest of us, she loves being part of the Boulder City community, and feels like this is a great new place to call home.
