Many of us know Jill Bunch and love her food at her restaurants, Chilly Jilly’z and The Patio! However, recently she has a brand new enterprise we learned about and knew we had to share it!
She has created a new product which is getting some major national attention called Turf Magik! For those who don’t know, Jill has dogs – Great. BIG. DOGS! Plus, at home she and her husband had installed artificial turf at their house, as many of us have also done so. It’s great to save on water and is easy maintenance, until you encounter the issue of pet waste, especially if you have a relatively small area.
Let’s be honest, our favorite four-legged friends are the best things ever, but picking up after them and then dealing with the residual orders, can be less than ideal. Thus, Jill recognized she had a huge need for a solution. She also knew she wanted something that wasn’t going to be toxic. She told us she had tried everything on the market, and nothing did the job. There really was no natural solution she could find that handled the odors her fur-babies were creating.
So, she created her own!
What you have is pictured above in the blue bowl. It looks and feels a lot like natural charcoal. The pellets are fully safe on all porous areas or surfaces: natural grass, artificial turf, flower beds, cat litter boxes and any other area that needs a little help managing odors. They are also fully safe for all animals and people! Simply put down the pellets and water them into the turf area. She tells us a treatment lasts up to about 6 months.
