New Recycling Pickup Days & Rate Increase

BC Waste Free will be rolling out a new schedule for residential recycling pickups that will take effect on January 2nd, 2017. They were hoping the new route would be ready to announce yesterday, but it wasn't ... so I'll get that to ya as soon as it's out.

But wait ... there's more! I saw the posting of a public notice on the City of Boulder City's website announcing both a workshop and a public hearing on the adoption of RATE INCREASES for residential and commercial trash and recycling collection services.

You can view the public notice by CLICKING HERE - but the date/time for the workshop concerning the rate increases is Monday, November 14th (2016) at 6:00pm and the date/time for the public hearing regarding the adoption of proposed rates will be November 22nd (2016) at 7:00pm.

Both meetings will be held in City Council Chambers at City Hall (401 California Ave.).
