Nominate the Best of Boulder City Starting Today

The Boulder City Chamber of Commerce announced the Best of Boulder City contest is underway. It's time for residents to nominate their favorite local stores, restaurants, and services for the coveted award. Voting begins July 1st and continues to July 31. What is the contest? It's a chance for residents to recognize their favorite local (Boulder City) businesses. The winners will be announced August 14.

There are over fifty categories available and all you have to do is go HERE then go thru the categories and vote for your faves beginning July 1st! Don't see a business listed? You can also nominate them by going HERE and submitting the nomination (nominations close July 22nd). Nominees must have a Boulder City Business License and/or be a member of the Boulder City Chamber of Commerce. You can submit your votes for all of the "Best Of" nominations through July 31st!

Per the rules:

• Nominees must have an active Boulder City Business License or have an active Boulder City Chamber Membership. All participants are verified via their Business License, social media, registered website, etc.


• Only one vote per category per person. Winners are chosen by people who fill out the online voting ballot. They will track IP addresses, if more than one person wants to vote within a household, they may not use the same computer, tablet, and phone, or shared network.


• The goal of the Best of Boulder City is to create awareness for all the great businesses we have in Boulder City. We want the competition to be fun for all who participate.

In addition to the business-related categories, you can also vote for candidates for Best Volunteer or Best Event of the Year. There are also categories for Best Teacher, Best Youth Entrepreneur, and more.

As we mentioned, the winners will be announced August 14 at 7:00PM at an event at the Elaine K Smith Building. Each winner receives an award and bragging rights for a year, plus the knowledge that they are beloved by their community.
