Ages 12-18 Programs

Family Programs
- Sunday, November 2 at 1:00PM Flashback to 1995 Movie- Toy Story (PG): Join us for an afternoon showing to celebrate the 30th anniversary of it’s release. All Ages. Community Room.
- Saturday, November 15 10AM to 2:00PM: Kids’ Bookapalooza: Join us for our first kids focused literary arts fair! This event will feature a variety of youth authors. We’ll have storytimes and various activities throughout the library for kids of all ages to enjoy!
- Tuesday, November 25 at 3:30PM: Lego & Duplo Building Club: We provide the Legos & Duplo, you provide the imagination! Duplo available for kids ages 0-5 to build. Lego available for kids ages 6-11 to build. Bring the family for some creative fun! Parents/caregivers please attend for the duration of the program. Community Room.

- Saturday, November 8 at 11:00AM: Day of Fun- Brought to you by Boulder City Friends of the Library: Enjoy an author reading , musical performances, and an informative presentation about our local deserts, lakes, mountains, and canyons! Outdoor Amphitheater Featuring: Author/Storyteller/Poet Steven Law, the Martha P. King Elementary Choir, the Lenores, presentation by Desert Adventure, pop-up by Dam Roast House for treats and drinks.
- Sunday, November 23 at 2:00PM: Thanksgiving Turkey Origami: Get festive and fold some origami turkeys for Thanksgiving! No supplies needed. Beginners are welcome. Ages 8+. Community Room.

- Sunday, November 30 at 2:00PM: Singing in the Stacks- Library Karaoke: From Country to Christmas, Metal to Musicals, Rock to reggae, Opera to Oldies, join us and sing your favorite songs. Please note while this rated PG some of the humor may not be suitable for young children. Bring chairs or blankets to get comfy. Food/snacks welcome. Drinks must be non-alcoholic. Makerspace Programs

Tech Teachers
- Tech Teachers are available on Wednesdays 12:00PM & 1:00PM and Thursdays 12:00PM & 1:00PM. Tech Teacher APPOINTMENTS are available! Exclusions for tech teacher include, but are not limited to: Device repairs, device set-up, same day appointments, over the phone appointments, and/or multiple same week appointments.
