The kids are out of school for the summer now … how many have said they’re bored already, LOL?
The Boulder City Library has a summer reading program (info on both the adult and youth programs is here) – but did you know that you can also load your kids (or yourselves, of course) up with digital comic books?
Through their ComicsPlus Library Edition partnership, the library gives its patrons access to over 12,000 digital graphic novels and comics on any web-connected device … no holds, no waiting, no hassle! If you want to check out the comics available first, just click here (you might want to click on the Browse tab in the menu to view them by category).
If you use Zinio to access digital magazines from the libary, you already have an account set up and if you don’t, all you need is your Boulder City Library card! Just CLICK HERE to access the library’s gateway into the Comic Plus library (or to get started) and you’ll on your way!
