We have an excellent job opportunity for a Boulder City resident. We are seeking someone with excellent job attendance, dependability, with motivation to work full-time with OPEN SCHEDULE AVAILABILITY. We have a nice work environment here at the Papillon and Grand Canyon Scenic Airlines Airport.
Requirements:
• Computer Skills.
• High School Graduate.
• Must speak and read and write fluent English.
• Must have excellent customer service skills.
• Must be a minimum of 21+ years of age.
• 2 years minimum Janitorial knowledge and current or prior work experience in a Janitorial job role.
• Must have knowledge of MSD, cleaning supplies, and safety training.
• Knowledge and understanding of MSD and cleaning supply chemicals and safety procedures.
• Knowledge and training in hazmat and blood pathogens cleaning procedures.
• Must be able to write up work orders for supplies, read a duty cleaning checklist and clearly communicate in English.
• Must have own vehicle.
• Must have valid unexpired NEVADA driver’s license.
• Must be able to lift up to 75lbs, push, pull, reach above head, bend, kneel, move quickly, climb, crawl.
• Must be able to work outdoors.
• We are a 7-day operation. Candidate must have open availability to work. This position requires working holidays, weekends including SUNDAYS, shift needs will include afternoons and evenings and on-call for emergency coverage.

Job Duties
• Work with a professional demeanor, be pleasant towards customers, guests, other employees.
• Maintaining clean facility locations/buildings by completing a variety of assigned general cleaning duties.
• General cleaning of the building interior, exterior, Airport Terminal, Bunkhouse, Hangar and Office Space, and all Restrooms, keeping areas maintained and in good condition.
• Regularly cleaning and maintaining restrooms.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
• Cleaning surfaces with disinfectant.
• Collect and empty trash cans and recycling bins.
• Cleaning and stock restrooms.
• Ensure doors are locked after hours.
• Clean up spills with appropriate equipment. (Hazmat, Blook Pathogen kits).
• Remove gum, clean exterior cigarette trays dispose of debris.
• Perform minor repairs.
• Notify Director of Facility Maintenance of major repairs.
• Use appropriate equipment, wet floor signage, do not enter tape when necessary.
• Always work with Safety first in mind and be aware of customer and employee traffic areas when cleaning.
• Successfully complete janitorial shift duties and complete cleaning duty checklist each shift.
• Use all safety equipment, masks, gloves appropriately.
• Run minimal errands as assigned by the Director of Facilities.
• Keep all areas used to store Janitorial supplies and equipment organized.
• Keep accurate inventory of cleaning supplies and reorder when necessary.
• Keep the Director of Facilities informed of any shortages of supplies or supplies and equipment that is worn out or needs to be replaced.
• Must be willing to perform all duties as assigned by Director of Facilities.
