Pride in Purity, a local charitable organization for women and girls in our community, is hosting a Yard Sale, this Saturday, September 17 from 7:00AM to noon at 898 Jeri Lane. The proceeds from the sale will be used to purchase supplies for distribution to local homeless populations, as well as single moms.
Donations of new or slightly used items can be dropped off on Friday, September 16 between 9:00AM and 12:00PM and 5:00PM and 7:00PM.
Denise Ashurst, author and founder of Pride in Purity, says that these sales are important to her ministry because it gives participants in the program a chance to give back to the community in a positive and productive manner.
